Amur Beluga caviar comes from one of the largest sturgeon: Kaluga sturgeon, whose native home is Amur River.
It’s weight can reach over 1000kg with lengh over 8 meters.
Its caviar size is from 3.5 or above with colour ranges from grey to amber. Its rich and complex taste combine with the finest and long memorable aftertaste. It requires 12-15 years for maturation.
