DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we do! Our delivery charge is 200 HKD if you don't meet a minimum charge of 800 HKD. As well for some products, we have a special promotion! Our delivery team can cover almost all Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and NT. And of course, we can arrange special delivery by request.
WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FROZEN AND CHILLED?
Our chilled meat is delivered by air in a vacuum package and has never been frozen. The standard expiry period for frozen items is 2 years. For chilled items, please refer to the expiry date on product packages. You can portion full racks of chilled meat before freezing.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GRASS-FED AND GRAIN-FED BEEF?
Grass-fed meat is said to have a more complex flavour because of the varied pastoral diet. Grain-fed beef is said to have a more buttery flavour. Grass-fed beef has less total fat and therefore fewer calories. It has as much as five times the amount of omega-3 fatty acids as regular grain-fed beef.
