Périgord Black Truffle is highly prized for its strong aroma and wonderful taste. It can be cooked without losing any of its earthy, nutty flavour. This is a great truffle to cook with as the delicious flavour is enhanced and adds great depth to dishes.

Our team highly recommends you keep your truffle for no more than 6-8 days after delivery.
The storage of truffles is also very specific. We recommend wrapping it in paper and placing it in the fridge inside a plastic box. Change the paper every 1-2 days.
Also, you can vacuum your truffle and freeze it, in the freezer it will last up to 2 years.
IMPORTANT : Black Winter Truffles are very sensitive to humidity.
