Implementation Tips : 
 
Place your piece on a heated snack board, grill or barbecue.
 
Start by searing the side with the least amount of surface area ( bone side) for 4 minutes without touching the piece, then turn it over.
 
Cook for another 4 minutes without touching it.
 
In order to have a nice texture, for even more taste, you can cover the piece in the second part of cooking.
 
Season with salt and pepper as it comes out of the oven.
