Savory Grilled T-Bones

  • 2 pc 1kg De La Valley T-Bones Steak
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon side vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Step 1: Take you De La Valley T-bone steak out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking in order to bring it to room temperature.
Step 2:  Use a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients , add steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat at refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Step 3:  Drain and discard marinade. Preheat the grill to high heat, add the steak to the grill and cook for 10 minutes each side.
Step 4:  Remove steak from the Grill and rest for 5 minutes, and turn to medium heat for another 2 minutes each side until it turn as sear.
Step 5: Remove from the grill. Cover the steak with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Slice and serve, Enjoy!
