Ribeye With Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 Ribeye Steak De La Valley (min. 3cm thick)
- 800g of potatoes
- Salt (sea salt recommended)
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Butter
Direction
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F)
Step 2: Peel the potatoes and cut them coarsely into thick cut. Place your potatoes into an oven plate before seasoning them with some salt, pepper, and a touch of olive oil
Step 3: Place your plate in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. Stir the potatoes every 15 minutes.
Step 4: In the meantine, cook your De La Valley Ribeye Steaks: heat a frying pan over low heat, season your Steaks with salt and pepper before placing them in the hot pan for 2 to 3 minutes each side depending on your desired cooking
Step 5: After cooking, let you Steaks rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving
