Perfectly Grilled Porterhouse Steak

  • 2 pc 650g De La Valley Porterhouse Steak
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Step 1: Take you De La Valley Porterhouse out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking in order to bring it to room temperature.
Step 2:  Season Steaks with Salt and ground black pepper.
Step 3:  Preheat the grill to high heat, add the steak to the grill and cook for 10 minutes each side.
Step 4:  Remove steak from the Grill and rest for 5 minutes, and turn to medium heat for another 2 minutes each side until it turn as sear.
Step 5: Remove from the grill. Cover the steak with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Slice and serve, Enjoy!
