Grill the Best Cow Boy Steak
- 1 pc 900g De La Valley Cow Boy Steak
- Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Step 1: Sprinkle the steak with sea salt and ground black pepper, make sure all sides of the steak is covered. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
Step 2: Remove De La Valley Cow Boy Steak from the fridge at least 30minutes before grilling.
Step 3: Preheat the grill to high heat, add the steak to the grill and cook for 10 minutes each side.
Step 4: Remove steak from the Grill and rest for 5 minutes, and turn to medium heat for another 10minutes each side until it turn as sear.
Step 5: Remove from the grill to a platter and slather with butter. Cover the steak with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Slice and serve, Enjoy!
