French Beef Carpaccio
- 1 pack of De La Valley French Beef Carpaccio
- 1 big handful of wild arugula
- 1/3 cup shaved parmesan
- 2-3 radishes (sliced)
- 1 tablespoons capers
- Juice of one lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Easy cook French Beef Carpaccio instruction:
Step 1: Take the Beef Carpaccio from the freezer and rest until the room temperature.
Step 2: Transfer the Beef Carpaccio onto a plate by flipping it on the top.
Step 3: Season with salt, pepper, and half of the lemon juice.
Step 4: Top with arugula, capers, radish, cheese.
Step 5: Then finish with more lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Enjoy with toasted bread!
