BBQ a Perfect Cowboy Steak
- 850g X 4pcs Argentine Cow Boy Steak
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Step 1: Take out the cowboy steak from the fridge and rest for 20 minutes before you place them on the grill.
Step 2: Season the steaks liberally with sea salt and black pepper.
Step 3: Preheat the grill and keep temperature around 325-350 degrees.
Step 4: Grilling the steaks for 12-15 minutes on each side (keep track of the temperature of the grill). Monitoring the meat temperature, once reach 80-85 degrees then flip the meat to the other side and cook for another 12-15 minutes.
Step 5: Once the internal temperature of the meat is about 125-130 degrees move them over the direct heat side of the grill for 1-2 minutes to sear each side.
Step 6: Then take out the steak from the grill, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slices into pieces.
