Cooking expert tips

Heat oven to 425°F. Heat medium cast-iron skillet on medium-high. Season steak with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add oil to skillet, then add steak, garlic, and rosemary and cook until steak is browned, about 3 minutes per side.

Transfer skillet to oven and roast until steak is at desired doneness, 3 to 6 minutes for medium. Transfer steak to cutting board and let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing. 

 

Roasted Chicken Filet Cooking:

Step 1: Take out your chicken from freezer at least 4 hours before cooking in order to bring it to room temperature

Step 2:  Preheat oven to 425°

Step 3:  In a Ziploc bag or mixing bowl, combine OLIVE OIL, PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER, SALT, and PEPPER; add CHICz'zvKEN LEG; massage oil and seasonings into chicken surface until well-coated.

Step 4: Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.  For best flavor allow the chicken to marinate for 2 to 12 hours.

Step 5: Bake 15-20 minutes; carefully remove from oven and insert meat thermometer into center of one leg, alongside the bone to confirm temperature of 165°, continue baking in 5-10 minutes intervals, if needed.

Step 6: Serve warm before serve.
